Autoparts EH! Is a Canadian company that was started by a Do It Yourself (DIY) enthusiast. The company was created to address the lack of quality Canadian e-tailers serving this market. Like so many DIYers we got frustrated with all the great deals available in on US websites, which were not so great by the time UPS showed up with a big fat brokerage bill. I was sure I could do better. On top of that, I found the choices available at the store retail level to be really limited so unless you want a Fram filter, STP additive, or Armour All, the choices were really lacking and the prices were high!!! So we decided to sell everything, assume massive debts, borrow heavily and start this enterprise. (well ok I thought I’d just throw that in so you’d buy something out of pity). Back to business.
Understanding how we do business will hopefully result in a seamless transaction, a fair price and the highest possible value for your dollar. Autoparts EH! is able to offer low prices by managing our supply chain. To do that efficiently, we buy directly from the cheapest sources and ship directly to you. Our goal is to ship most orders within one business day. That said, if you are looking for a distributor cap for a 1984 Lada, you may have to wait a bit…or a lot if they’re backed up in Russia. We will keep you informed if we are unable to ship your order expediently. If the wait is not acceptable, we will be more then happy to cancel the order with our full apologies. The efficiency of the transaction is the responsibility of both parties, so please be sure you order the correct part. If we mess up on our end, we will be happy to perform unnatural acts at our expense to make things right. If you mess up, we will try to help you out, but don’t expect us to eat the full cost. In order to give you the best pricing, we both have to get it right.

If you reside in the United States and would like to buy from us, we appreciate the thought, but logistically our business cannot do cross border shipments efficiently right now, you have so many great e-tailers in the US that inspired me to do this, I suggest you do business with them!!!
If you are from anywhere else in the world, I apologize, but the risk of credit card fraud, documentation for international shipment etc, just make it non-economic to export for now. If that policy changes, the site will reflect it.
If you need a part really quickly, (i.e. my car is busted and I need to get to work on Monday). We may not be able to help you. We may be able to do next day, but be sure to contact us via the “contact us” link and be aware that overnight shipping will be anywhere from $20-$50 more.
