• All data collected will be used only by Auto Parts EH! To fulfill your orders and provide you with shipping and account information.

Return Policy

• We accept returns for up to 60 days after shipment of an order
• All returns must be in complete and resalable condition, if product has been damaged or used, we reserve the right to withhold a refund and charge for any reshipment of products
• Any product with missing parts is not returnable
• Any order that received free shipping will is subject to a $10 shipping fee if returned. We subsidize the shipping cost from profit margins and as such must charge shipping retroactively if the order is returned.
• Autoparts Eh must be informed prior sending any return through our “contact us” button. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that is sent without informing us.
• Warranty claims are also subject to a shipping charge. We will charge actual shipping cost for warranty claims.  

Core Charges

• Core charges are billed seperately from
• Cores – Customer is reponsible for returning the core to Autoparts EH!
• Upon receipt of a usable core, Autoparts EH will refund the core charge
• Cores must be retuned within 45 days of the shipping date, cores that are late may be subject to a credit card processing charge. (we can refund for free for a fixed period of time)
